Oslo Areal AS has bought the properties Pilestredet 33 and Tullinsgate 2 from Aberdeen Eiendomsfond Norge I AS and DNB Livsforsikring, respectively.
The property complex covers around 28,500 square metres and comprises the 17-storey Pilestredet 33, plus basement floors, and the eight-storey Tullinsgate 2. The properties also have 180 parking spaces in three joint basement floors. The properties are in a very central and attractive location in Oslo city centre, with all forms of public transport in the immediate vicinity.
